Play Radio ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

Automatically collected:

• Listening history (stored locally on your device)
• Anonymous usage analytics via Sentry (crash reports only)
• Device locale for content personalization

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do NOT collect your name, email, phone number, or any personal identifiers
• We do NOT require account creation or login
• We do NOT track your location (GPS)
• We do NOT sell any data to third parties
• We do NOT display advertisements

3. Data Storage

All user data (favorites, listening history, preferences) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not sync personal data to external servers.

Anonymous play counts are recorded to improve station rankings. These contain no personal information — only the station identifier and play duration.

4. Third-Party Services

• Sentry — crash reporting and error tracking (no personal data)
• Apple StoreKit — in-app purchases (managed entirely by Apple)
• Supabase — radio station database (no user data stored)

5. In-App Purchases

Play Radio offers optional premium subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime) managed through Apple's App Store. All payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.

6. Children's Privacy

Play Radio is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app does not require any personal information to function.

7. Data Retention

Since all data is stored locally on your device, deleting the app removes all associated data. Anonymous play counts on our servers are retained for station ranking purposes but contain no personally identifiable information.

8. Your Rights

You can:

• Delete all app data by uninstalling the app
• Clear favorites and listening history from within the app
• Manage or cancel subscriptions via Apple Settings
