By downloading, installing, or using Play Radio ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Service Description

Play Radio is a radio streaming application that provides access to internet radio stations worldwide. We aggregate publicly available radio streams and do not own or operate the radio stations themselves.

2. Free and Premium Tiers

Free Tier: All users can listen to radio for up to 1 hour per day at no cost, with no advertisements.

Premium Tier: Subscribers enjoy unlimited listening, unlimited favorites, high-quality streaming, and additional features. Premium is available as:

• Monthly subscription
• Yearly subscription
• Lifetime (one-time purchase)

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription
• Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency in the app

4. Content

Radio stations streamed through Play Radio are operated by independent third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the content broadcast by these stations. Content may include music, news, talk shows, and other audio material.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Record, redistribute, or commercially exploit radio streams
• Attempt to circumvent the daily listening limit or subscription requirements
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

The Play Radio app, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Play Radio. Radio content belongs to respective station operators and rights holders.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Play Radio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Availability of any specific radio station
• Audio quality (dependent on station and network conditions)

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Play Radio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
